Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Apparel Technician with screen printing experience to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating screen printing equipment, producing high-quality decorated apparel, and ensuring all jobs meet strict quality and deadline expectations.

This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced commercial printing and apparel environment where attention to detail is critical to success.

Pay

$17.00 – $24.00 per hour

(Based on experience and skill level)

Position Levels Available

We are hiring at multiple levels depending on experience:

• Technician I: Entry-level with basic screen-printing experience
• Technician II: Independent press operator (1–3 years’ experience)
• Technician III: Advanced operator / lead capability (3+ years’ experience)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing presses
• Align screens and ensure proper registration and placement
• Mix inks and maintain color consistency
• Load/unload garments and maintain production flow
• Inspect garments for quality throughout production
• Follow job tickets, proofs, and production instructions with precision
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area
• Troubleshoot common printing issues

• Screen printing experience required
• Strong attention to detail (must-have)
• Ability to set up and run screen printing equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Embroidery experience is a plus
• Experience with multi-color or automatic presses
• Familiarity with heat transfers
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience in commercial printing or apparel production

Work Environment

• Production floor environment (heat, noise, moving equipment)
• Physically active role with standing and repetitive motion
