Marketing Digital Marketing Specialist Summary B2B SaaS company looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the execution of email nurture campaigns and drive marketing qualified leads to the sales organization. This position requires hands-on experience within a marketing automation platform (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce). This position will work across multiple product lines, industries, and languages, based on the upcoming needs of the business. Responsibilities

• Create and manage email marketing nurture and drip campaigns using marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs
• Plan, execute and measure with testing and experimentation to optimize programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective and optimized user experiences
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Requirements

• BS degree in marketing or related field
• 1-2 years digital marketing experience in email/automation systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Detail oriented individual with strong organization skills
• Ability to adapt to a face paced high growth company's changing needs
• Knowledge of Excel and marketing automation software (Pardot knowledge a plus)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Javascript a plus
