Hoerr Construction, Inc. was founded in 1994 and focuses on the underground construction field. The key services we offer include directional drilling, sewer inspection and cleaning, CIPP pipe lining, and water/sanitary sewer construction.

Hoerr Construction, Inc. is a leader in providing Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining. CIPP is a method of rehabilitating existing pipes using a trenchless method. It is a seamless pipe lining that's installed within an existing pipe. The wet-out stage of this process involves impregnating a liner with a resin mixture. The completed wet-out liners are stored and transported by refrigerated trucks.

Key Job Duties for this position include:

• Work in a fast-paced, indoor manufacturing environment to provide wet-out services for CIPP liners.
• Assist with the preparation of CIPP liners according to customer specifications.
• All parts of CIPP liner prep including staging, loading and securing liners in the back of transport vehicles.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization while helping with setup and cleanup.
• Perform other general duties as assigned.
• Work 40-45+ hours per week.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to show a commitment to company safety practices.
• Attention to detail including high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Able to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift 50 - 100 pounds
• Able and willing to work in various positions such as kneeling, standing, crouching. Able to use hands, arms, and fingers for lifting, holding, pushing, pulling, and carrying as needed.
• Able to be productive and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to successfully perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
