A well-established nonprofit organization in Chicago is seeking a Great Lakes Regional Director to lead engagement and advocacy across Illinois and neighboring states. This role requires 7+ years of grassroots organizing experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in fundraising. The successful candidate will strategically direct Local Leadership Councils, mobilize support for advocacy campaigns, and coordinate with the national office.
