Roanoke Hospitality is seeking experienced, service-driven Servers to join our team at The 101 . We are looking to hire for our upcoming summer season and a new re-concepting coming soon.

About 101:
101 is a vibrant and refined dining destination, located near the Magnificent Mile. Our menu draws inspiration from the multicultural cuisines and rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. The space features views of Willis Tower, a stunning rooftop terrace, and an elegant 3-season patio.

What You’ll Do:

As a Server, you are an essential part of the guest experience. Your role includes:

• Providing warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service

• Guiding guests through menu and beverage options with confidence and enthusiasm

• Taking accurate orders and ensuring timely food and drink delivery

• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service

• Anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service (wine knowledge is a plus)

• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure

• Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for 5–10 hours per shift

• Safely transport food and beverages across varying surfaces

• Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs

• Work in both indoor and outdoor settings , including variable temperatures and ventilation

• Tolerate higher noise levels in a busy dining environment
