Now, we’re searching for a Sales Manager ready to take charge of $1M+ in corporate catering revenue and expand our market footprint. We’re searching for a Sales Manager who can expand our corporate catering AND lead growth in contract dining services micro kitchens, cafeterias, and daily meal programs.

Your Role

• Tap into your existing book of business to drive immediate results.
• Prospect aggressively and generate new business in contract dining (micro kitchens, cafeterias, daily meal programs).
• Focus on closing deals.
• Sales Target Goal: $1,000,000+
• Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, planners, and event managers.
• Hit and surpass sales targets, with uncapped earnings potential.
• No Cap on Commission.

What You Bring

• A robust book of business in the Chicago market.
• Proven track record in sales (hospitality/food preferred).
• Confident negotiator and closer.
• Highly motivated, independent, and results-focused.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for hospitality.
• A strong network and proven success in sales within Chicago ideally in hospitality, foodservice, or contract dining.

Your Experience

• Proven experience in catering management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong background in B2B sales, including direct sales, inside sales, and territory sales.
• Familiarity with Caterease CRM Software or similar.
