: Accounting Manager (Full Time)
The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking an Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support, supervision and leadership to assigned staff
- Oversee and assist with payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile cash accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable on a monthly basis
- Assist with preparing monthly financial statements
- Assist with budgeting and analytical review
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports related to performance and contract compliance
- Provide support for all financial audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 5+ years of accounting experience preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger processes
- Highly proficient in the use of spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and be resourceful when problem solving
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
