GenAI and DevOps Senior Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior GenAI DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python development and have extensive experience in container technologies. You will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying GenAI solutions on both Azure and AWS platforms.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Provide GenAI services using DevOps, containers, API access across our business groups
• Develop and deliver a container-based approach to hosting apps
• Develop and execute the overall GenAI and DevOps process from a delivery and operational perspective.
• Develop and deploy GenAI solution on cloud platforms, specifically Azure, AWS and on private cloud.
• Ensure Python development and DevOps are working efficiently across the business groups
• Ensure robust documentation of code, algorithms, and deployment procedures.
• Define and deliver API access to GenAI services.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Engineer the integration of GenAI and machine learning technologies into the DevOps ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks using AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop AI-powered tools and insights.
• Promote best practices in GenAI and DevOps through knowledge sharing and training programs.
• Act as a technical evangelist to promote the value of GenAI and DevOps across the organization.

Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years experience; Master's Degree with 7 years experience; PhD with 3 years experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience, with a track record of technical leadership
• Experience with collaborating with Operational teams
• Expertise with API access for GenAI
• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and management.
• Proven experience with Python development and troubleshooting code
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure as code
• Multi year experience with AI and machine learning concepts and tools
• Exceptional skills in documentation and automating processes.
