Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at AFC, you’ll be the connection between our team and our customers, helping ensure every client receives the attention, information, and support they need.

What you’ll do:
- Provide service updates and follow-up on client requests
- Learn about our floor care products and services to offer helpful recommendations
- Support team goals, record customer interactions, and ensure accurate information is shared
