Continuous Improvement Consultant

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, hands-on Continuous Improvement Consultant to champion process excellence ahead of a major WMS upgrade!

LaSalle Network is searching for a seasoned CI pro who thrives on dissecting workflows, optimizing labor strategies and ensuring a smooth technology rollout. This is a long term contract with an immediate start and the potential for extension for high performers.
This role will have tremendous exposure and partner with existing leadership to help build and drive the strategy as opposed to execute an existing plan.
Continuous Improvement Contractor Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current warehouse processes through time studies and workflow observations
• Validate mapped processes for key operations and identify operational pain points and recommend practical improvements
• Assess and enhance Labor Management System (LMS) standards, reporting and performance management
• Lead Kaizen events and implement CI initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma principles
• Draft revised SOPs and support an Operating Management System
• Deliver process maps, gap analyses, prioritized action plans and readiness reports

Continuous Improvement Contractor Requirements:

• Strong background in warehouse operations and continuous improvement roles
• Expertise in LMS tools and labor standards optimization
• Certified or experienced in Lean, Six Sigma or related methodologies
• Effective communicator with solid training skills
• Available for on-site work immediately
• Contract only, with extension possible
