AV Engineer (QSC & DSP Programmer)

LaSalle Network is hiring a QSC & DSP Programmer to join a high-performing AV engineering team in the Chicagoland area!
This is more than a behind-the-scenes tech role—it’s a front-line opportunity to build and optimize AV systems that power everything from immersive boardrooms to large-scale installations. If you’re fluent in QSC Q-SYS and thrive on audio precision, your next challenge awaits.

The ideal candidate brings expert-level DSP programming skills, a deep love of AV tech, and an eagerness to solve problems in real-time. You’ll work on-site across exciting environments, collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and clients, and take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

QSC & DSP Programmer Responsibilities:

• Program, test, and deploy QSC-based DSP configurations for enterprise-grade AV systems

• Develop scalable solutions with engineering and project teams

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex signal processing issues

• Engage with clients to align technical specifications with user needs

• Maintain project documentation and system integrity

• Travel occasionally (<15%) for conferences and site visits

QSC & DSP Programmer Requirements:

• Expertise in QSC Q-SYS platform and DSP audio engineering

• Experience with AV system design and BOM creation

• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines

• Certification in Q-SYS or similar systems strongly preferred
