PM: 2/3p-8:30/Close Cured & Crafted is looking for a dependable, experienced Line Cook to join our team. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with others, and understands the pace and standards of a professional kitchen. This is a hands-on position (in a fast-paced kitchen) focused on preparing high-quality hot sandwiches while helping maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen. Responsibilities
Prepare sandwiches and other menu items using a flat-top grill, deep fryer, and oven
Operate and maintain a commercial deli slicer safely and efficiently
Complete daily prep tasks, including slicing meats, preparing ingredients, and stocking stations
Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout each shift
Follow recipes, food safety standards, and kitchen procedures
Support teammates and help wherever needed during service What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and punctual—we value people who consistently show up ready to work
Previous commercial kitchen experience is desired (but not required- a willingness to learn IS required)
Comfortable working with a flat-top grill and other kitchen equipment
Able to stay organized and composed during busy service
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude- we make sandwiches to make people happy, so we don't need any complainers!
Must be 18 years of age or older What We Offer
Starting pay of $18/hour for qualified candidates plus pooled tips
