Located on Chicago’s beautiful lakefront, our premier, members-only club offers a vibrant community and a truly stunning work environment.

The Role

In this position, you will be the face of our dining and bar service, responsible for creating the ultimate member experience. You will manage drink and food service with professionalism, ensuring our members receive top-tier, attentive care while enjoying our spectacular harbor views.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Service: Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service. Anticipate member needs and maintain a professional demeanor suitable for a private club environment.
• Menu Expertise: Clearly articulate all food and beverage offerings, including daily specials, wine, beer, and cocktail lists.
• Bar Operations: Prepare and serve beverages accurately and without waste. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management and setup/breakdown duties.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen and service team to ensure prompt delivery of orders and pristine table/bar maintenance.
• Member Satisfaction: Handle member requests with grace, recognize regular members, and resolve any satisfaction issues using sound judgment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a restaurant, country club, or hospitality setting is a plus; we value a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—our peak times for the club.
• A strong sense of urgency and excellent teamwork skills.
