Bailey & Associates, Counseling and Psychotherapy, LLC is seeking to hire a DBT therapist to join our well established group. This is an opportunity to focus your clinical attention on providing individual and group DBT within a collaborative Wicker Park boutique practice. This is a flexible opportunity: hybrid position with online and in person work, freedom with scheduling, starting part time with option to grow to full time.

For consideration, therapist must be currently licensed with an LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or LCSW in the state of Illinois and have at least one year of post licensure experience providing individual and group DBT to adults.

Preferred Applicants will have the following:

Current Illinois License: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Post licensure experience providing individual and group DBT to adults

Openness toward, and empathy for, clients with a wide range of backgrounds

Awareness of intersectionality and social justice within a therapy setting

​Experience providing therapy online and in person

Patience, and willingness, to grow a practice

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Desire for continued growth, learning, and self reflection in your role as a therapist

Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, providing both online and in person sessions

Training, and experience, providing group and individual DBT is essential to be considered for this position
