This position is also responsible for maintaining and ensuring the necessary equipment's proper function and keeping the ground of their assigned properties clean./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""b class=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Performs routine maintenance on building and ground systems./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Cleans and assist with the upkeep of the facilities./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair and make or ensure equipment is repaired in a timely manner./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Troubleshoots issues and determine necessary repairs in conjunction with Community Manager and Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance with approval from Community Manager/Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Maintain the ground of assigned property by performing essential landscaping duties such as cutting grass and snow removal./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Ensure common and public areas, such as sidewalks, are always clear of trash and foliage./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Keeping all storm drains clear of foliage and debris./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Ready property for various weather conditions, such as salting sidewalks and common areas./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Performs other related duties as assigned./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""b class=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities/span/bspan class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"/span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management/span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Experience with lawn equipment a plus but will train/span/p p class="msonormal" style=""b class=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience/span/bspan class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif; color:#424242;background:white"/span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· High School Diploma or GED/span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· One to two years of related experience preferred./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""b class=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Prolonged periods of standing and walking./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· 75% or more of the time will be spent walking around assigned properties on a daily basis./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242; background:white"· Physical demands of this job typically require full range of body motion, including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size:16px;font-family:"Noto Sans",sans-serif;color:#424242;
