The Registrar and Student Life Manager for the Grainger Academy of The Joffrey Ballet is responsible for overseeing registration processes, daily financial operations, and Academy data-related projects. This role manages payroll for Teaching Artists and Accompanists and supports their onboarding process. The Registrar also maintains the registration database and continuously seeks opportunities to improve operational efficiency. In addition, this position supports key aspects of student life, including Studio Company benefits coordination, housing arrangements, and visa processing. The Registrar serves as the administrative liaison to the Academy Community Association, playing a vital role in external communications and partnerships. By leading the Academy Services team, the Registrar and Student Life Manager ensures smooth customer service and front-facing operations for students and families, effective coordination of Summer Intensives, and the successful execution of day-to-day Academy operations.
