Program Coordinator

Our tutoring programs accelerate academic results because we tailor each element to the student's unique needs. Hours:

• Up to 30 hours per week.
• Working hours are between 12-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, Saturdays 9-3pm, Sundays 10am-2pm.

The Program Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:

• Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
• Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
• Addressing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
• Owning administrative duties and office organization.
• Supporting marketing efforts to grow the center.
• Overseeing the student experience.
• Teaching students.

For success, the Program Coordinator must have:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
• Must love working with kids and tutoring students in multiple grade levels.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
