KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement business and technology services for U.S. Federal government clients
  • Prepare, review, and update FRCS (Facility Related Control Systems) inventory monthly or as required to maintain RMF (Risk Management Framework) authorization
  • Gather / verify key inventory data including: hostname, description, operating system, installed software, IP addresses, FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name), and applicable STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guide)
  • Conduct monthly reviews / updates of RMF documents such as Authorization Strategy Plans, Security Plans, Configuration Management Plans, Contingency Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and Incident Response Plans
  • Train government cyber, network, and system administrators in maintaining RMF artifacts per ECSM 018
  • Implement and conduct A&A process, change management, tabletop exercises, and continuous monitoring inspections
  • Develop SOPs, policies, and procedures to ensure cybersecure operation of FRCS systems

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of cybersecurity architecture / engineering experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CAP, CEH, CPT, CISM, CISA, CIPP, GIAC, GSEC, GCFW
  • Demonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills
  • Expertise in maintaining cybersecurity documentation according to DoD standards
  • Knowledge of STIGs, SCAPs, SRGs, and their application in system hardening
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance IT processes within an organization, knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams, and an understanding of IT operations, systems, architecture, technical controls, data-centric issues, and other related considerations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with onsite assets
  • Position is located / required to be onsite in Okinawa, Japan (multi-year project)
  • Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance
