What You’ll Do

· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems

· Apply critical thinking to solve problems efficiently

· Build trust and rapport with customers

· Communicate clearly with teammates

· Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and personality

What We’re Looking For

· 2+ years of HVAC field experience

· EPA 608 Certification

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Self-motivated, accountable, and high integrity

· Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and collect payment

· Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
