The Opportunity

We are actively recruiting experienced, professional independent cargo van drivers to join our contractor network in Springfield, IL. As a 1099 contractor, you'll enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule while benefiting from consistent freight volume, weekly pay, and dedicated support.

Requirements

Vehicle Requirements:

• Own a cargo van (Transit, Promaster, Sprinter, or equivalent)
• Vehicle must be 2010 or newer in good working condition
• No rental or leased vehicles
• Valid vehicle registration and current auto insurance

Driver Requirements:

• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean MVR
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience (delivery experience preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR review
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Smartphone with data plan for route and dispatch communication
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as an independent contractor delivery driver
• Familiarity with Galesburg, IL streets and surrounding communities
• Experience with delivery apps or logistics platforms (Amazon Flex, Roadie, GoShare, etc.)
• COI (Certificate of Insurance) with commercial auto liability

Compensation

Top-performing drivers in our network earn $1200–$1700/week. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and vehicle expenses.
