PLT Warehouse Coordinator

The PLT Warehouse Coordinator will:

Check outgoing finished and consigned goods, receipts of finished goods from production, verifies description, quantities, and proper labeling, and ensures accurate inventory records.

Assigns storage locations to incoming and outgoing finished goods from production and shipments from outside plants.

Assures shipments are properly unloaded or loaded, verifies tally of loads, seals and processes customs documentation via instruction from the Warehouse Supervisor.

Perform all functions of the freight billing system, i.e. SAP, Bills of Lading, and Export papers.

Furnishes input for warehouse locator system and other shippable items.

Provides instructions to Virtual Yard Management and carrier road drivers.

Perform other duties as designated by Warehouse Supervisor and maintains high standards of safety and good housekeeping in his work area.

Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1 year Warehouse/Traffic experience

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

• Associates Degree

• Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes.

• New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.

• The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.

• The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

The starting annual salary for this role is $45,900 a year.
