Responsibilities Include:

Driving sales to achieve sales Plan and Key Metric Performance goals

Daily communication of sales goals and KPI’s and promotional activity to KCR team

Lead by Example with Superior Customer Service and hand-on demonstration of skincare products.

Observe selling interactions and be able to provide effective feedback for improvement

Maintain, develop and oversee Customer Registry Program

Train and motivate KCR’s

Attend Seminars and Training Management Meetings

Active in Outreach programs to bring business into the store.

Plan and execute incremental events to attract new customers

Qualifications:

Management experience required

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong Communication Skills

Skincare experience preferred

Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some Holidays

Hourly rates for this position range from $18-$30 hourly depending on location and experience. Offers for employment and final pay rate is determined by the retailer, which is the employer for this role.
