Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Learn):
- As a Trainee, you will gradually take on more responsibilities as your skills develop.
- Patient Intake: Learning to take vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and recording patient histories.
- Clinical Support: Assisting providers with exams and basic medical procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling front-desk inquiries.
- Lab Work: Learning basic specimen collection and preparation.
- Patient Care: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attitude: A strong desire to help people and a passion for starting a career in the medical field.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for our fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and stay organized in a busy clinic setting.
