- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders both in-person and over the phone
- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Prepare and assemble food items, including crafting delicious pizzas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout your shift
- Contribute to a positive, energetic work atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety standards and company policies
- Adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Positive attitude with an easy smile

- Keen attention to detail in food preparation and customer orders
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
