Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly expanding company in downtown Chicago to hire a Customer Service Representative. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset who thrives in a high-touch, customer-facing role.

As the go-to liaison for high-value clients, you’ll ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. This position is key to maintaining strong partnerships and supporting on-time delivery of critical products.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for large client accounts, managing communication and expectations

• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent updates and problem-solving

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or account management within the CPG, grocery, or retail industry (required)

• Proficiency in ERP systems is required; experience with D365 is a strong plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment

• Must be available to work onsite in downtown Chicago, Monday through Friday
