Assembly & Packaging Line Technician
Be part of a fast-moving production team
Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Production Assemblers to support manufacturing partners in the Montgomery and Aurora, Illinois areas. You’ll help package products, keep the line moving, and ensure quality—all in a clean, safety-focused environment.
A day in the role
From clock-in to shift-end, you’ll rotate through tasks that keep operations humming:
- Package a variety of products on a production line
- Handle materials and supplies to feed the line
- Assemble and process items on an assembly line
- Inspect items for quality and adherence to standards
- Label products and cartons accurately
- Lift and move light packages/boxes for outbound shipping
- Hit daily production targets while following pace and process
- Follow company policies, procedures, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Pitch in on warehouse and production projects as needed
- Keep your station and surrounding area clean and safe
- Perform general warehouse labor as assigned

- Status: Full-time with weekly pay
- Pay range: $15.00 – $17.50 per hour
