Door Security - Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill
Are you looking for an exciting role in a fun, fast-paced environment? Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is hiring Door Security personnel to help keep our guests safe and ensure a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. As a Door Security team member, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their visit while ensuring the safety and security of our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and ID guests upon entry, ensuring all patrons meet age requirements
- Handle cover charges when applicable and manage money efficiently
- Monitor and maintain security of customers and the premises, creating a safe, enjoyable environment
- Assist with general floor maintenance , ensuring the bar area is clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Work closely with management and staff to ensure policies and safety standards are upheld
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- A positive, welcoming attitude that enhances the guest experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
