Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas, pastas, and menu items according to Joe’s recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow portion, prep, and presentation standards for consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.
• Work closely with other cooks and the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
• Adhere to food safety and health code regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but motivated candidates will be trained.
• Passion for food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Dependable, hardworking, and a strong communicator.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
