We are seeking a Digital Publisher - Product Data & Systems to serve as the technical engine behind our enterprise product information. In this role, you will be the vital link between raw content and digital execution, ensuring that our product data is accurately structured, formatted, and maintained across all global platforms. While you aren't responsible for authoring the story, you are the expert who ensures that every technical specification and data point is system-ready and perfectly published.

Your work plays a critical part in powering the downstream experiences that our dealers and customers rely on every day. By translating stakeholder-approved content into scalable, structured data within our Content Management (CMS) and Product Information Systems (PIM), you ensure total consistency across regions. Responsibilities:

• Execute the population, maintenance, and publishing of product and technical content within Product Information Management (PIM) systems and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Coordinate and manage digital work items to support launches, updates, and ongoing maintenance of product information.
• Structure, organize, and connect content elements (features, specifications, compatibility, digital assets, etc.) to support complete and accurate product pages.
• Perform light editing for clarity, formatting, grammar, and consistency across product lines, model series, and page structures.
• Publish approved changes to live digital environments, understanding the downstream impact and ensuring accuracy prior to release.
• Monitor site quality and compliance with enterprise standards, accessibility guidelines (ADA/WCAG), SEO best practices, and platform requirements.
• Utilize quality assurance tools to identify issues, escalate when necessary, and support resolution.
• Collaborate with product marketing and global marketing teams to execute stakeholder-requested digital changes.
• Support global digital content operations across multiple regions and languages, as applicable.
• Create, update, and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and process guidance to support team consistency and scalability.
• Track multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting defined timelines and service-level expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in Content Management Systems (e.g., OpenText TeamSite, CoreMedia, Adobe, WordPress, or similar).
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms (e.g., inRiver, Akeneo, Plytix, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage structured data accurately across complex systems.
• Ability to learn and navigate complex technical platforms quickly.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic proficiency with Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop).
• Familiarity with Agile or Kanban-based workflows.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience supporting large-scale or global digital platforms.
• Familiarity with SiteImprove or similar tools for QA, accessibility, and SEO validation.
• Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, documentation, or training materials.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across business units and technical teams.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with interest in improving tools, processes, and documentation over time.
