Salary:
We are looking for atalentedLegal Assistant to become a team member at our law firm.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, error-free, and properly formatted legal documents and correspondence from dictation, handwritten drafts, or Word document.
- Compile, type, revise, combine, edit, print, and store documents in an electronic case management system.
- Schedule appointments, including meetings, conferences, court dates, and depositions.
- Review, prioritize, and route incoming mail.
- Enter billable time and expenses in firm's time and billing system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in civil litigation required;defense litigation experience is a bonus.
- Knowledgeable about State and Federal Court rules, filing procedures and Efiling systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Clio experience is a bonus.
- Able to prepare accurate and error-free documents.
