Bar Bambi is a cocktail bar and restaurant in West Town serving playful modern cocktails and dope food in a fun, warm, and cool (but never intimidating) environment. We care deeply about taking hospitality seriously—while never taking ourselves too seriously.

The Job

We’re looking for a Line Cook to keep the heartbeat of the kitchen steady. You’ll work closely with the Chef team to prep, cook, plate, and clean with consistency and pride. We’re a small crew, so teamwork and communication matter just as much as knife skills.

What You'll Do

• Execute dishes according to Bambi’s recipes, standards, and style

• Prep ingredients and maintain station organization throughout service

• Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and safe (always)

• Communicate clearly with the Chef, Sous, and FOH during service

• Support the team with opening/closing tasks

• Maintain food quality, freshness, and proper storage

• Jump in wherever needed—because small restaurant life

• Show up with respect, good energy, and a willingness to learn

You Might Be a Great Fit If…

• You’ve got 1–2 years of kitchen experience (small kitchens a plus)

• Your knife skills are solid and you genuinely love cooking
