Spa Coordinator @ Allyu Spa

Allyu Spa is currently interviewing for a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator.

Position Overview:
Our Front Desk Coordinators play an essential role in shaping the guest experience at Allyu Spa. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a thoughtful, supportive team environment while learning and growing within the spa industry and beyond.

We currently have a part-time position available:

• Wednesday: 9:00am–5:00pm
• Thursday: 1:00pm–8:30pm
• Saturday: 12:00pm–8:30pm

Compensation begins at $18/hour, in addition to service and retail spa credit and the benefits listed below.

Job Responsibilities:

• Properly open and close the spa according to standard operating procedures
• Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments
• Welcome guests and help guide them through their experience with us
• Maintain and support the spa retail boutique
• Develop the ability to work confidently and independently when needed

Qualifications:

• The ability to work cooperatively within a team-centered environment
• Prior customer service, hospitality, spa, or Meevo scheduling experience is a strong plus
