Duration & Type:Initial 3-Month Contract with potential extension
Compensation: Competitive W2 hourly rate ($56–$58) plus access to healthcare and dental plans of choice.

Summary
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Scrum Master / Junior Project Manager to facilitate Agile delivery for one or more cross-functional teams. This role will guide teams through Agile/Scrum practices, remove impediments, and ensure collaboration across business, product, and technology partners. What You’ll Be Accountable For
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and grooming.
  • Remove obstacles, track blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and manage Azure DevOps (ADO) sprint boards and dashboards, ensuring updates, current statuses, blockers, and testing completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional Agile processes including development, end-to-end, and UAT testing cycles.
  • Create and manage project timelines (weekly in PPT/PDP).
  • Track team resources and provide timely updates to PMs on offshore blockers/issues.
  • Schedule and lead meetings, capturing next steps and follow-up actions.
  • Promote Agile principles across the team and stakeholders.
  • Report progress on sprint and release deliverables, ensuring transparency.
What Qualifications You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related), OR equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Proven knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail; capable of resource tracking and progress reporting.
  • Flexible work style with ability to adapt to changing requirements and timelines.
  • Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
