Are you a seasoned leader in asphalt paving and roadway construction? Join a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork. We're hiring a Superintendent to oversee field operations for roadway projects across the St. Louis region.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily activities of asphalt paving crews.

• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with DOT specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.

• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.

• Mentor crew members and foster a strong team culture.

• Troubleshoot field issues and implement real-time solutions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and daily progress reports.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of asphalt paving experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of DOT specs, asphalt mix designs, and paving equipment.

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification.

• Hands-on experience with paving machines, rollers, and heavy equipment.

• Quality control and grading experience.

• Ability to operate a paver on asphalt projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
