Overview

We’re seeking a CARM Controls Coordinator to join the Processing team in Plainfield, IL. This role supports compliance, auditing, and inventory management across Processing, Manufacturing, Network Supply, Finance, and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at maintaining accuracy in documentation, SAP entries, and regulated reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily open process order and error reports, resolving all issues within 24 hours.
• Conduct routine audits of batch records and 51% PAB to ensure accuracy in costing, inventory, and compliance with CARM and TTB protocols.
• Audit receiving reports for bulk liquid and NMB to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Post and reconcile all Smirnoff In-Line Blend batches in SAP and balance inventory.
• Maintain all controlled documentation in compliance with quality and audit standards.
• Monitor inventory cycle counts and investigate large dollar discrepancies to ensure compliance.
• Generate and post inventory transactions for export liquids in SAP.
• Communicate proactively with departments regarding order and shipment statuses.
• Investigate blocked inventory and open STOs to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update departmental daily performance metrics.
• Run weekly tank reports to support production and clear Quality hold inventory as needed.
• Develop and execute weekly CARM checks and prepare inventory adjustment reports for management approval.
• Administer the eQMS documentation control system and ensure timely document updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business preferred, or 3–5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, inventory control, or compliance in a regulated industry.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
• SAP experience and familiarity with inventory tracking systems a plus.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) .
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain data accuracy.
• Knowledge of CARM and compliance principles is a plus.
