Emergency Medicine Physician

Job Specifics:

• Seeking additional BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physicians at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois
• Full-time position with flexible scheduling, part-time and PRN opportunities available
• Academic, level 1 trauma center with an emergency medicine residency program through the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria (UICOMP)
• Option to work at multiple hospital settings, ranging from a critical care access hospital with 7,000 annual visits to a busy level 1 trauma center with 82,000 annual visits or a combination of both
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $461,760-$592,800.

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
