Description

This role provides first‑level support for user account creation and access provisioning across key systems, including Oracle EBS, ADP, ArcGIS, and other internal platforms. The specialist will manage incoming access requests, ensure proper approvals, complete setup steps in each system, and communicate access details back to end users. All work is tracked and updated in Freshservice. The ideal candidate is meticulous, bilingual (English/Spanish), and comfortable following structured procedures while identifying when something looks off and needs escalation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
