Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a packaging machine, initially training on three lines and gradually expanding to operate more lines. The role requires adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and FDA guidelines, alongside computer experience. You will be responsible for training new packers, reviewing their performance, ensuring compliance with GMPs, and documenting all production and end-of-shift activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines efficiently.
• Train new packers and assess their performance.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and FDA guidelines.
• Document all production runs and end-of-shift activities.
• Complete safety training and follow safety protocols.

Essential Skills

• Experience with GMPs, SOPs, and FDA guidelines.
• Computer proficiency.
• 1-2 years of experience in filling or high-speed packaging machine operations.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the corporate headquarters. Attention to detail and adherence to GMPs are critical.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
