O.R. experience HIGHLY preferred

Position Summary:

The Radiologic Technician will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and other radiologic equipment under the direction of physicians. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking for flexible work opportunities in a variety of clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray and other imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images
• Position patients and equipment to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety
• Follow radiation safety procedures and standards
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment
• Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and protocols at assigned facilities

Requirements:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• Valid state license (or eligible for licensure, depending on assignment location)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in radiologic technology
• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts and travel to different assignments as needed
• Experience in the O.R. HIGHLY preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with C-arm, O-arm, and surgical cases
• Familiarity with PACS and EMR systems
• Multistate licensure or compact license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $56.00 - $63.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
