Major Duties :1. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise in risk avoidance and compliance. 2. Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities. 3. Carries out the most complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues 4. Consistently displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the rest of the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity 5. Highly flexible and adaptable to change. Knowledge :Knowledge of risk management and strategic goals for the bank's business. In depth knowledge of regulations, federal, state, and local laws and regulations acquired through formal education and work experience is required. Communication and analytical skills are necessary to consult with partners/clients, and analyze information and apply regulations. Experience :10 or more years of risk management or compliance experience.Salary Range:
$114,700 - 194,900 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
