Home Based Data Entry Clerk
This is a remote position. Harvard Square Technology Partners controls or has joint venture/licensing/representation agreements encompassing cutting edge technologies. We are a late stage technology development company that identifies technologies ready for market, wraps them in a business and marketing structure most suited to their opportunities, and brings them to market domestically and internationally. We're looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. If you are a motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow with a company, we want to hear from you!
Data Entry Clerk Duties:
- Provide accurate and timely data entry services for clients
- Review and enter documents into CRM system
- Ask questions to clarify information when necessary
- Work independently, meeting deadlines
- Update and maintain existing data and prepare reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality in all data
Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems, databases, and/or applications
- Research, create, edit, and format reports as needed
- Maintain files, records, and databases
Requirements
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Two years' experience performing data entry, including experience with QuickBooks, general information systems, and accounting software
- Ability to process data quickly and accurately
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
