Sales Manager/Finance Manager

Job Summary
The Sales Manager oversees customer retention and profitability by recruiting and training sales staff, managing vehicle inventory, assisting with sales, and fostering strong relationships with customers, lenders, and community partners.
Essential Job Functions
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified sales staff.
- Manage inventory, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed and merchandised.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, lenders, and community leaders.
- Assist sales staff as needed and actively participate in vehicle sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises approximately nine employees in the Sales Department.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, and addressing employee concerns in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Work Environment
- Noise level is typically moderate.

Physical Demands
- Occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and talk/hear.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The employee will be paid an annual salary of 35-60K. Starting pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, and geographic location.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts.
Performance-Based Bonus:
- The employee may be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus, determined by individual and company performance. Bonus eligibility is based on key performance metrics, including goal achievement, work quality, and overall contribution. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded at the employer’s discretion. The employee must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.
