Rosebud Steakhouse is seeking energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven Bussers and Food Runners to join our team at our Wheeling location. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to meet you.

This is more than an entry-level restaurant position. We believe in promoting from within and developing future hospitality professionals. Many successful servers and bartenders begin by learning the fundamentals of great service, and we provide a clear path for growth and advancement within our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Bussers

• Reset and prepare tables efficiently
• Assist servers with maintaining dining room standards
• Support guest needs and maintain cleanliness throughout service
• Help create a welcoming and organized dining experience

Food Runners

• Deliver food accurately and promptly
• Communicate with kitchen and service teams
• Ensure dishes are presented properly and delivered to the correct guests
• Support the flow of service during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
