Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Manager
Location : Chicago, IL
Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tax engagements and client relationships
• Provide corporate tax planning and compliance support
• Review tax returns and lead ASC 740 provisions
• Mentor and guide team members
• Support business development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• Active CPA or JD (required)
• 5–7+ years of tax experience (public accounting preferred)
• Experience with corporate tax and ASC 740
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
