Grainger Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Manager, Product Engineering in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Sciences, Software Engineering, or related field plus 8 years related experience . Prior experience must include: Design and implement cloud-based data engineering products and services using AWS, ensuring scalability and performance; Architect and optimize ETL processes to improve query performance and reduce data latency; Lead and mentor team members participate in onboarding; Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing mentorship to foster professional growth among team members; Develop and manage technical roadmaps for data engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines; Analyze and mitigate risks across projects by conducting thorough risk, cost, and time analysis for different solutions; Guide and mentor engineering teams in implementing comprehensive testing strategies prior to code deployment and adopting CI/CD practices. Up to 50% domestic and international travel required. 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $196,123.00 to $206,000.00, which reflects the potential base pay at the time of this posting. Base pay will depend on factors such as work location, relevant experience, and skills.
