A dynamic opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse skilled in Operating Room procedures. This role focuses on delivering exceptional perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The position requires sharp clinical skills, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort throughout surgical interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations by anticipating needs and managing surgical instruments.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery to detect signs of complications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding postoperative care and recovery.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with experience in the Operating Room setting.
• Proficiency in handling surgical instruments and knowledge of sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with surgical teams and provide patient care.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining attention to detail.
