*Some benefits require full-time status.
Minimum 2 years of back-of-house supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and support kitchen staff.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Understanding of culinary techniques, line operations, and kitchen workflow.
Ability to uphold quality standards and ensure consistency during all service periods.
Maintain and properly use all safety equipment provided.
Stand and walk for extended periods (5–10 hours per shift).
Move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant.
Work in a high-noise, fast-paced, and sometimes crowded environment.
Work in conditions with variable ventilation, smoke, and high heat.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.
Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors as required.
