Job Summary
HireFrontier is hiring an Office Secretary to handle day-to-day clerical and administrative duties. This role is central to maintaining an organized, efficient office environment and supporting staff across departments with scheduling, correspondence, and general office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones, take messages, and route calls appropriately
Welcome office visitors and manage sign-in procedures
Sort, distribute, and respond to incoming mail and email
Maintain office filing systems, both digital and paper-based
Schedule appointments and manage shared office calendars
Order and track office supplies and equipment
Assist various departments with clerical tasks as needed
Prepare basic correspondence, memos, and internal communications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of office/clerical experience preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office setting
Preferred Skills
Experience with office equipment (copiers, scanners, multi-line phone systems)
Familiarity with basic scheduling or office management software
