Sales Support / Entry-Level Sales Associate — PurezaWood

Why this role

PurezaWood is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, coachable team member who wants to learn sales from the ground up while supporting the day-to-day activities that keep our sales engine running. This is an entry-level role designed to develop future talent — you’ll play a key part in our growth while building valuable skills across sales, operations, and customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Make outbound follow-up calls and emails to prospects and customers to qualify leads, confirm next steps, and schedule appointments
• Support senior sales reps with quotes, sample requests, and basic proposals
• Enter and manage leads, opportunities, and orders in our CRM; maintain clean and accurate data
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to track orders and communicate timelines
• Respond to routine customer inquiries and escalate when needed
• Shadow senior reps on calls and client interactions; gradually take ownership of smaller opportunities
• Assist with sales collateral, reporting, and pipeline tracking
• Support growth initiatives such as prospecting, trade shows, and process improvements

Training & growth

• Structured onboarding with product training, systems, and processes
• Ongoing mentorship and hands-on learning with the sales team
• Clear development milestones toward taking on more responsibility

Who we’re looking for

Required

• 0–2 years experience in customer service, retail, admin, or internships (we’ll train the right person)
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and willing to learn CRM systems

Preferred

• Interest in furniture, interiors, woodworking, or building products
• Any exposure to sales tools or CRM systems is a plus
