Department: Human Resources

Shift : Days; On Site

Facility: Mercy Medical Center

Location: Aurora, IL

Responsibilities

  • Processes new hire onboarding, inlcuding background cehcks, drug screens, and I-9/E-Verify
  • Manages employee status changes in HRIS
  • Maintains licensure and certification records for regulatory compliance
  • Keeps personnel files accurate and updated
  • Supports employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives
  • Serves as a resource for employees on general HR inquiries

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2. Three (3) years of Human Resources experience preferred.

3. Strong interpersonal communication skills required.

4. Strong computer and data entry skills required.

5. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $33.31. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
